Steel Detailing
Engineers and Fabricators know that in steel detailing, accuracy and expediency are the name of the game. The more accurate the drawings, the less time spent on site fixing costly mistakes and avoiding costly down time. We use the latest detailing software (Autodesk AutoCad and Advance Steel) which allows us to create all structures in 3D so everyone can easily see exactly what the end product will look like. From this 3D model, all of the required general arrangement drawings, shop drawings, dxf files of all plates for burn out, bills of materials, lists, etc. are automatically created ensuring that all necessary parts will be ordered and everything will fit properly. If modifications to a structure are required, the 3D model is changed and all of the supporting drawings are automatically updated to reflect the changes. This ensures continuity throughout the design, drawing and fabrication processes.

Rates
Steel detailing and fabrication drawings are quoted on a job by job basis. This can either be hourly, or lump sum. Please contact us for a quote.
